BlueSudoku — Privacy Policy

BlueSudoku is a Sudoku puzzle app developed by BlueLogic Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

BlueSudoku works entirely on your device. Your game progress, statistics, preferences, and saved games are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to our servers or any third party.

2. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

Google AdMob (Free version only)

• We display banner advertisements through Google AdMob.
• AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

• Pro users do not see any ads, and AdMob is not active for Pro users.

Google Play Billing

• If you purchase the Pro version, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play.
• We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.).

Personalized Advertising and Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

This app uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we display a consent dialog compliant with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) v2.2 before any personalized advertising is loaded.

What you consent to: Processing of personal data (including device identifiers, approximate or precise location, and interaction data) by Google and its advertising partners for the purposes of personalized advertising, ad measurement, and audience insights. Google works with more than 200 certified advertising partners; the current list is maintained at https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903 and https://privacy.google.com/businesses/adsservices/.

Where your choices are stored: Your consent selections are stored on your device using the IAB-standard IABTCF_* keys in the app’s local storage. These selections remain valid for up to 390 days and are overwritten whenever you make new privacy choices in this app.

How to change or withdraw your consent: Open the app, tap Settings → Preferences → Privacy Settings. This opens the same consent dialog you saw on first launch, where you can update or fully withdraw your choices at any time.

If you decline personalized advertising, ads may still be shown but will be contextual (non-personalized) and not based on your profile.

3. Data Storage

All app data (game progress, statistics, settings) is stored locally on your device using standard Android/iOS storage. This data is:

• Never transmitted to external servers
• Never shared with third parties
• Deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data

4. Children’s Privacy

BlueSudoku is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, this requirement is inherently met.

5. Permissions

BlueSudoku requires internet access only for:

• Displaying advertisements (free version)
• Processing in-app purchases

No other device permissions are required. We do not access your camera, contacts, location, microphone, or files.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
