Blue2048 — Terms of Use

Terms of Use for the Blue2048 puzzle game app.

By downloading, installing, or using the Blue2048 mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

BlueLogic Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Copy, distribute, or make the App available over a network for use on multiple devices simultaneously
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

3. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play’s refund policies. Purchases are tied to your Google Play account and may be restored on other devices using the same account.

4. Google Play Games Services

The App uses Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and achievements. By using these features, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service. Your game scores and achievements may be visible to other players according to your Google Play Games privacy settings. Any attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores or unlock achievements through unauthorized means may result in removal from leaderboards.

5. Advertisements

The free version of Blue2048 displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by BlueLogic Software. You may remove advertisements through an in-app purchase. For details on how ads are served, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlueLogic Software and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. The 2048 game concept is based on the original open-source game by Gabriele Cirulli.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BlueLogic Software does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueLogic Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of game progress or data
  • Interruption or unavailability of the App

9. Termination

You may stop using Blue2048 at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
