BlueConvert — Terms of Service

Terms of Service for the BlueConvert unit converter and calculator app.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BlueConvert, a unit converter and calculator app developed by BlueLogic Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using BlueConvert, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

BlueConvert is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to:

  • Convert values between supported measurement units
  • Perform standard and scientific calculations
  • View your recent conversion history

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

BlueConvert is designed to provide accurate unit conversions and calculations. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of any conversion result or calculation. The app is intended as a convenience tool and should not be relied upon for critical, medical, scientific, or engineering decisions where precision is essential.

You acknowledge that you use the results at your own discretion and risk.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in BlueConvert are owned by BlueLogic Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

4. In-App Purchases

BlueConvert may offer optional in-app purchases (such as ad removal) through Google Play. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play.

5. Advertisements

The free version of BlueConvert displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by BlueLogic Software. For details on how ads are served, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueLogic Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BlueConvert, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in conversion results or calculations
  • Loss of data or conversion history
  • Interruption or unavailability of the app

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Termination

You may stop using BlueConvert at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
