BlueSudoku — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BlueSudoku, a Sudoku puzzle app developed by BlueLogic Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using BlueSudoku, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

BlueSudoku is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to:

• Play Sudoku puzzles across five difficulty levels
• Track your game statistics and progress
• Customize your gameplay experience

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

BlueSudoku is designed to generate valid, solvable Sudoku puzzles. However, we do not guarantee that the app will be free of bugs or errors at all times. The app is intended as an entertainment tool.

You acknowledge that you use the app at your own discretion and risk.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in BlueSudoku are owned by BlueLogic Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

4. In-App Purchases

BlueSudoku may offer optional in-app purchases (such as ad removal) through Google Play or the App Store. All purchases are processed by the respective store and are subject to their terms of service. Refund requests should be directed to the respective store.

5. Advertisements

The free version of BlueSudoku displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by BlueLogic Software. For details on how ads are served, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueLogic Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BlueSudoku, including but not limited to:

• Errors or bugs in puzzle generation
• Loss of game data or statistics
• Interruption or unavailability of the app

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Termination

You may stop using BlueSudoku at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without prior notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
