DeepToDo — Terms of Use

Terms of Use for the DeepToDo task management app.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of DeepToDo, a task management app developed by BlueLogic Software (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using DeepToDo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

DeepToDo is provided for personal task management. You may use the app to:

  • Manage tasks and plan your calendar
  • Create tasks with voice recordings
  • Collaborate with others through shared lists

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Accounts and Authentication

  • The app can be used anonymously or with a Google account.
  • Signing in with Google enables cloud sync and shared lists.
  • You can permanently delete your account and all cloud data from Settings > Account > Delete Account.

3. Shared Lists

  • Users can invite others to their task lists via an invite code.
  • Task titles, descriptions, and statuses in a shared list are visible to and editable by all members who have joined the list.
  • The list owner can delete the list at any time; members can leave at any time.

4. Voice Recordings

  • Voice recordings are stored only on the user’s device.
  • No audio data is sent to BlueLogic Software servers or any third-party servers.

5. Advertisements

The free version of DeepToDo displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by BlueLogic Software. For details on how ads are served, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and trademarks in DeepToDo are owned by BlueLogic Software and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueLogic Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DeepToDo, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or sync errors
  • Interruption or unavailability of the app
  • Data inconsistencies in shared lists

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

You may stop using DeepToDo at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
